What the Community Says
If you look at the comments section of the latest Clash Royale teaser, a lot of players are speculating that it is either the road to Level 17 (currently, the highest level of cards is level 16) or the removal of card levels. However, they assume that additional requirements such as upgrading abilities will be introduced to replace the card levels.

Something BIG is coming June 29! #HEADSWILLROLL
On June 28 2026, Clash Royale uploaded the following teaser on its YouTube channel. This depicts a portrait of the Blue King seated with magnanimous treasures: golds, chests. The Red King is on its knees, which appears as if he is apologizing something to the Blue King. On the foreground, which is a ladder up to the King's Portrait, heads of Archers, Mini PEKKA, Wizard, Barbarian, Goblins, Witch, Musketeer, and Skeletons roll down the stairs. In the final moment, Archer speaks, “Okay. Talk about Literal.”
